Vegetables on iPodge

Part of the #iPodge route to slimness involves binning carbs - ok we got that!
That means you are starving.
So you need to eat LOADS more veg than you have so far.
You'll really notice it.  IN many ways. ;)

The best way avoid slinging rancid broccoli or mouldy lettuce every week is to PLAN what you are going to eat - preferably weekly but DEFINITELY daily.

FRUIT is  allowed for moments of starvation but  if you eat a whole bunch of bananas you will stay fat.
